Due to Covid-19, please read the following updates: 

Please allow a minimum for 7 - 14 business days for processing your order. Time may increase during a sale or holiday. 

Once processed, your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you). Please note that USPS is the main carrier. They have currently been behind on shipping and updating the transit history. 

SHIPPING
Order processing time is 7 - 14 business days, unless otherwise notified. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, Monday and Thursday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE/FILLED TO ORDER. NOTHING IS MASS PRODUCED LEADING TO SLIGHTLY LONGER PROCESSING. 

PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS YOUR LABEL HAS BEEN PRINTED. LABELS ARE OFTEN PRINTED EARLY IN THE PROCESSING STAGE. ONCE LABELS ARE PRINTED, FULFILLMENT BEGINS AND ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ACCORDINGLY. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CAN REMAIN IN PRE-SHIPMENT FOR UP TO A WEEK. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven (7) days, and I will ship a replacement item to you. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.

RETURNS

All sales are final unless an error occurred on the behalf of ZenSkin Co. 

No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.

Due to the nature of ZenSkin Co. products, we are unable to accept returned products.  If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products and product information are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If pregnant or nursing, or are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using products containing essential oils. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. ZenSkin Co. does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. 

Please keep in mind, we are a SMALL business. All items are hand crafted. 

During the holiday season, there will be a cut off for orders to be received in time. If an order is placed AFTER the cut off date, it will be received late. Please keep this in mind.
