1. Do you make these products?
All products are handmade used with certified organic oils and ingredients. These items are not FDA tested and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
2. How long does it take to process/ship an order?
All products are made fresh and can take 3 - 5 days for processing. If there is a delay in processing, an email will be sent to advise of the update. Orders are shipped through USPS on Monday and Thursday. Each customer will receive a tracking number email.
3. Speaking of tracking numbers, where is mine?
All orders receive an email update with your tracking number once an order has been processed. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have not received your tracking number.
4. Are there any refunds/exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. All claims are reviewed on a case by case scenario. There are no refunds available.
